About Me I'm an older mom of a 5 year old daughter whom I totally adore. She is a miracle to me. I was born at midnight on Samhain. I've never been married. Spiritally--I'm not sure what I am. I still believe in Jesus but I'm VERY drawn to the pagan path as well. I guess I might be referred to as a Christopagan.

Music Celtic, folk, classical, and children's music now a days--a lot of gentle music. I ocassionally listen to classic rock of the 60's and 70's.

Movies Lord of the Rings!!!! Snow White, Wizard of Oz, Sleeping Beauty, Sirens, Harvey, Raising Arizona, Practical Magic, The Piano, Chocolat and many others.

TV LOST, The Office, Northern Exposure, Jimmy Neutron

Books Fairy books for kids and adults. The original Pinocchio, The Little Prince, Wally Lamb, Elsa Beskow. Craft, cookbooks, biographies and other non-fiction.

Likes Drawing pictures with my daughter on top of my bed at night, fairies, the moon, imagination, painting, Felting, crafts, staying at home, meeting other fairy lovers through the internet, Liberals, open-minded people, Magick, celebrating holidays, birthday cake, Netflix, Amazon.com, shopping, day dreaming, reading, staying up to all hours, raspberries off just picked from the bushes

Dislikes Waking up early--I'm such a night owl, George Bush, War, Global Warming, the fact that so many American's don't have health insurance, my age and weight, people who never apologize, school buses, the fact that I'll probably only have the one precious child--wish I had 2 more, cleaning, having a boss, mean people, people who take advantage of the less fortunate

Hobbies Did I mention spending time with my daughter? Or the fact that I love fairies? I love watercolor, oil painting, drawing, wet and dry felting, the internet.

Vices Butter, sugar, pasta, and beer and the internet.

Virtues Creative, sensitive, mostly kind, spiritualy comfortable, tolerant, open-minded, involved mother--I try to do the best with what I've got.

Heroes Randy, the knight in shining armour. Michael Moore, Hillary Clinton, and Martha Stewart. The people who manage to keep going on despite deep hardship.

Hello Everyone:

I wanted to thank Elven Path for leading me to Covenspace. It looks like a lot of fun and I'm happy to be here.

Elven Path is someone I've never met in person although we do live in the same sparsely populated state. I have probably known her through the internet for most of a year. She's a beautiful woman who always amazes me with the many interesting things she's involved with. She's very intelligent, talented, and apparently extremely energetic. I've really enjoyed getting to know her.
